We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2024, at the age of 74, Nancy A. McConnell (Cresson, Pennsylvania), born in Altoona, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nancy A. McConnell to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter "Bud" C. Eckenrode and Dorothy "Rose" R. Eckenrode (Bismark); and her sister Beth Eckenrode. She is survived by : her husband Oscar T. McConnell Jr.; her sons, Oscar "Tommy" McConnell III, Todd McConnell (Emily), Troy McConnell (Jeanette), Trent McConnell (Corlyn) and Travis McConnell; her grandchildren, Kendall, Issac, Elwood, Tillman, Tristan, Trace, Tori, Ty, Aurora, Levi, Gavin, Ava and Linkin; and her sisters, Shelly McIntosh, Diane Holtz, Debbie Mock, Joyce Eckenrode and Lynn Fusco.

Viewing was held on Monday, May 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Anderson Family Funeral Home (233 Keystone Ave, Cresson, PA 16630). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, May 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Basilica of St. Michael the Archangel (321 St Mary St, Loretto, PA 15940).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to All Saints Catholic School, Cresson or St. Michael School, Loretto.
