With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert A. Whitsel (Cresson, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the sacred silence of farewell, Robert is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Whitsel and Anna Mae Whitsel (Hall); and his daughter Pamela Kay Kopera. He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Whitsel (Mayes); his daughter Lois Smith (David); his son-in-law Mark Kopera; his grandchildren, Ashley Smith-Miller, Kristin Zimmerman (David) and Gabriella Kopera; and his great grandchildren, Allianna Detwiller and Emree Rose Miller.
A private inurnment at Donation Cemetery, Donation, will take place at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jaffa Shriners at https://jaffashriners.org.
