He is survived by: his wife Nancy Irene Boozel (Sunderland); his children, Dale Sunderland, Anne Boozel and Amanda Hammock; and his siblings, Joe Boozel and Laura Boozel. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
