She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Obester and Anna V. Obester (Mericsko); and her sisters, Agnes and Mary. She is survived by: her sister Dr. Dorothy Obester; her husband David; and her son John David Byrnes.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be offered to the Carmelite Monastery, Loretto, St. Michael School, Loretto or St. Aloysius Parish, Cresson.
