It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Blaney of Croydon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 18, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent and Florence Blaney; his wife Joanne Elizabeth Blaney; and his brother Gerald (Rose). He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Weist (Donald), Catherine Kane (James) and Kristie Gahagan (Kevin); his grandchildren, Christopher, Morgan (Jaymie), Jordyn, Andrew, Taylor, Jimmy, Kyle, Ryan, Kellyn and Maddie; his great grandchildren, Liam and Vincent; and his siblings, Michael Blaney (late Christine), Joseph Blaney (Judy), Patricia McShain and Catherine Cogan (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
