He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Cook and John Cook; and his brother Thomas Cook. He is survived by : his niece Kathleen Coia; and his siblings, John Cook (Eileen), Timothy Cook (JoAnn), Mary Ellen Napoli, Christine Cook Coia (late Stephen), Claire Stonehill, David and Joseph Cook (Danielle). He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews; 18 grandnieces and grandnephews; and plenty of friends.
