She was predeceased by: her parents, John Christy and Theresa Barr Christy; her husband Joseph J. Casey; and her daughter Sharon Trakemas (Bill). She is survived by: her son Shawn (Donna); her pet Chloe of Dallas, PA; and her sister Florence Hasbrook of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Dorothy's name to the charity of the donor's choice.
