He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Gardner; his children, Bradley, Todd Gardner and Kathy Gardner Davis; and his parents, Charles Gardner and Edith Gardner.
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Gardner-Marcikonis, Brian Gardner (Dawna), Sheryl Gardner, Debbie Konnick and Randolph Gardner. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
