We announce the death of Debra J. Deems of Dallastown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 18, 2026, at the age of 69. Debra will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Debra’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Greenplate of Garagemen's Association and Janet Greenplate. She is survived by: her husband Jim Deems; and her daughter Denise.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home (104 W Main St, Dallastown, PA 17313). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made in Deb's memory to the Mid-Atlantic English Springer Spaniel Rescue (https://maessr.org), honoring her love for dogs and the special place they held in her heart.
