He was predeceased by: his wife Shelby I. Mitchell; and his parents, Edward Livingston and Ida Livingston (Daugherty). He is survived by: his son Troy A. Livingston (Julie) of Windsor; his stepchildren, Steven A. Koller (Diane) of Seven Valleys, Rodney S. Koller of Seven Valleys, Robbie Mitchell (Brenda) of Pearl, MS and Elizabeth K. Shiflet (Thomas) of Dallastown; and his grandchildren, Emily Livingston of Windsor, Grace Livingston of Windsor, Elliot Livingston of Windsor, Steve Koller Jr. (Camille) of York, Jesse Cowan of York, Cody Mitchell of Pearl, MS, Chris Endicott of Union, MO and Ray Corley of Pearl, MS. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Susquehanna Memorial Gardens (250 Chestnut Hill Rd, York, PA 17402). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
