He is survived by: his wife Joanne Waltmire (Enfield); his daughters, Wendy Herbst (James) and Christine Buchanan (Glenn); his grandchildren, Danielle Stabley (Jake), Kevin Buchanan, Cortney Buchanan (Audrey Hoke) and Justin Herbst; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Buchanan, Mersadies Horner and Alexa Horner; and his sister Rosalie Lacy. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
