She is survived by: her children, Michelle Montgomery (Donald) and Michael Phillips; her granddaughters, Heather Forney (Brett) and Brooke McAndrew (Kevin); and her siblings, Jean O'Rourke, Janet Webber and Joseph Smith.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Foust Funeral Home (841 W Shamokin St, Trevorton, PA 17881). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
