He is survived by: his wife June Shaffer; his son Jeremy (April Shaffer); his grandchildren, Tyler Shaffer and Kylie Shaffer; his brother Robert (Leona Shaffer); his sisters-in-law, Barb Shaffer, Dolly Ruddy and Connie Auman (Jim); his nephew Tim Auman; and his nieces, Lisa Hamm (Steve), Tracy Hower (Todd), Julie Fisher (Charlie), Amy Pfleegor, Teresa Wynn (Checker), Jill Reed and Melanie Peters (Scott).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Zion Stone Valley Church.
