He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Holbert and Helen Czapnik Holbert; his sisters, Janet Holbert Kelly and Margaret Holbert Yanovich; and his brother-in-law Dick Yanovich.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph (Samantha Holbert) of Stroudsburg, PA, Drs, Sallianne Burke (Kevin Burke) of Archbald and David (Dana Purdy) of Freehold; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Marissa, Kevin, Eric Burke, Acadia, Sierra, Oak Holbert, Evan, Ayden Purdy, Carson and Ellis Holbert; his sister Cynthia Holbert; his brother-in-law Tom Kelly; and his brother Bill. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
