He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Stacknick and Betty Broscius Stacknick; his children, Donald "Doc" Stacknick Jr. and Tammy Stacknick; and his brother Clement Stacknick.
He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Stacknick (Sue), Beverly Shoemaker and Ronald Stacknick; his sister-in-law Linda Stacknick; and his stepchildren, Sean, Adam and Chrissy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dalton Fire Company Hall (109 S Turnpike Rd, Dalton, PA 18414). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Dalton Fire Company.
