He was predeceased by: his parents, Josiah Lewis and Peg Lewis; and his wife Pat Kephart Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy, Meg, Beth and Jo; his close friend Lowell Histand; his siblings, Abigail Warman, Candy Ponchak and Josiah Lewis; and his grandchildren, Emily, Molly Broadbent, Ali, Matt, Jane Roth, Maggie, Ellie Loosmann, Katie, Patrick, Grant and Charlie Nalty.
