She was predeceased by: her father Richard W. Smith. She is survived by: her mother Marlene J. Smith; her brother Richard W. Smith, Jr. (Kim); her nephews, Rob Smith (Kiersten) and Kevin Smith (Rhiannon); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rylee, Remi, Kody and Kali.
