It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen H. Schafer (Danville, Pennsylvania), born in Morristown, New Jersey, who passed away on May 31, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert W. Schafer and Louise E. Schafer (Bousch); and his brother Thomas H. Schafer. He is survived by : his children, Michael J. Schafer (Wendy) of Danville, Karl J. Schafer of Danville and Melissa A. Wilson of Valley View; and his sisters, Betty Noetzli of New Vernon, NJ and Virginia Finn of Camden, DE.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great granddaughter.
