He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Monroe and Celia Edna Worthington Smith. He is survived by: his significant other Donna Louise Baumer Smith; his daughters, Carol Brown (David) of Milton, PA, Linda Woll (Donald) of Danville, PA and Crystal Klipp (Todd) of Henderson, NV.; and his grandchildren, Rachel Mangle, Adam Shief, Marisa Post, Alexa Eslinger and Macey Klipp. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
