He is survived by: his wife Joyce Olga Tilley; his children, Lon Tarr (Cindy Murray), Bonnie Lee Ricciardi (Perry) and Randy Tarr (Jane Hardwick); his grandchildren, Brandon, Jared, Jennifer, Justin and Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Leila, Madison, Maci, Kinsley, Avery, Brennan, Finley and Hadley.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Alzheimer's Association or Dementia Society of America.
