She is survived by: her children, Cathy Rader (DuWayne Mutchler) of Naples, FL, Joyce Amick of Mifflinville and James Lewellyn (Julie) of Bloomsburg; and her grandchildren, Jared Lewellyn, Luke Amick, Noah Amick, Elias Amick, Joshua Rader, Jonah Rader, Mikayla Lebo and Sara Amick.
