He was predeceased by : his parents, John VanSickle and Pearl VanSickle (Moyer). He is survived by : his sons, Marcus VanSickle (Angela) and Jason VanSickle (Jessica); his grandchildren, Bentlee, Blaykslee VanSickle, Braylin Foresman, Bronson, Brady, Braylen and Brett Krainak; his brother Thomas VanSickle (Margaret); his nieces and nephews, John and Chris; his sister Jody Appleman (Carl); and his nieces, Tara and Erica.
