He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pursel and Bernice Elizabeth Wands (Weidensaul). He is survived by: his siblings, Ken Wands (Barb) of Buckhorn, PA and Linda Tollefson (Tom) of Michigan; and his fiancée Roberta Marks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
