In the vast expanse of eternity, Kenneth shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kenneth farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Mertz and Mary Mertz (Hawkins). He is survived by: his wife Connie (Boyer); his daughters, Collesce Beck (John) of Danville and Heather Good (Jeff) of Danville; and his grandchildren, Mandy and Morgan.
Because Ken loved his church family at Crossroads, was dedicated to his community, and had great admiration for veterans and love for this country, memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads Church of the Nazarene, Jane E. DeLong Memorial (PO Box 1, 1129 3rd St Washingtonville) or Wounded Warriors Project.
