He was predeceased by : his parents, Julius C. Kutcher and Mary M. Kutcher (Keuscher). He is survived by : his wife Terry L. Kutcher (Lemon); his daughters, Mary E. Williams (Ron) of Danville and Julia D. Kutcher of Riverside; his grandsons, Justin D. Kutcher of Danville and Austin L. Williams (Kaitlin) of Montgomery; and his great grandchild Granger L. Williams.
