He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Funk and Ivy Funk (Hartman); his wife Leona Funk (Anderson); his siblings, Thelma Funk, Pauline Shultz, Myron Funk, Hazel Shultz, Bertha Reichenbach (Lucille) and Grace Crawford (Alberta); and his close friend Jean Kelley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Doris Cavallini (Al) of Bloomsburg, Ruth White (James) of Danville, Lois Lizewskie (Mark) of Harrisburg, Millie Funk of Danville and Barbara Bzdak (Patrick) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Alex Cavallini (Heather), Christopher Cavallini (Kristina), Astin White (Tabitha), Jonathan White, Tyler White (Caylie), Ashley Funk (Carson Henry) and Bryce Bzdak; his great grandchildren, Isabella, Charlotte, Emma and Luca Cavallini; and his grandchildren, Dameon, Bella, Bryanna White, Harley Beagle-White, Emerson and Mason Funk Henry.
