He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Wendel and Clara Rhoades Mann. He is survived by: his wife Glendora Shuler Mann; and his daughters, Marcie Mann-Clark of Hoschton, GA, Valerie Roth of Mechanicsburg, PA and Carol Mann Graf (Rolph) of New Hope, PA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
