He was predeceased by: his father Samuel J. Stevens Sr.; and his stepfather Albert Campanella. He is survived by: his mother May Campanella; and his siblings, Marie Junkins, Richard Stevens (Debbie) and Gary Stevens (Maria). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
