She is survived by: her children, Pamela Sturgeon, D. Jeffrey Andrick (Gah), Timothy Andrick and Beth Rutledge (Todd); her grandchildren, Shawnee Long (Michael), Dean Renn, Carson Rutledge, Cole Rutledge (Taylor), Larissa and Vanessa Andrick; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Addison and Kenzie; her sister Cheryl Hammer; and her siblings-in-law, Rose "Corky" Long, Brenda Long and Brent Casey.
