He is survived by: his wife Linda (Schwartz); his children, Melissa Koah (Brian), Mike Johnston (Jess) and Lyndsay Kreshon (Mark); and his siblings, Butch (Judy), Larry (Beth) and Diana Ott (John).

Family has asked that monetary donations be donated to the funeral home to be sent to a charity of their choice at a later date.
