She was predeceased by: her parents, James Critchfield and Lottie Mae Critchfield (Stout); and her son Theron Dale Horner II. She is survived by: her husband Lewis D. Smith; her daughter Betsy Curry of Georgia; and her siblings, James T. Critchfield (Bridget), Bonnie D. Woods and Sherry E. Critchfield (Jim). She is also survived by four grand daughters, several great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
