He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Dunham and Mary Pearl Dunham (McCowin); his sister Carolyn Dunham; and his stepgrandson Joseph Urgitus. He is survived by: his wife Louise Dunham (Tunno); his children, Kimberly Hodges (Steve) and Paul Dunham (Nancy); his stepchildren, Tammy Littell, Terri Cashdollar (Jim) and Jamie Greenier (Tim); and his siblings, Virginia Fawcett, Mary Grace Ferguson, Dennis Dunham and Betty Taylor. He is also survived by his 3 grandchildren; his 8 step-grandchildren; numerous step-great-grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
