With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara J. Moser of Dauphin, Pennsylvania, born in Canton, Ohio, who passed away on March 14, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Swank and Marjorie Swank (House). She is survived by: her husband Robert L. Moser; her children, David Moser (Elizabeth) of Louisiana, Robert Moser of Palmyra and Laurel Meachum (Carl) of Middletown; and her sister Sandra Leasure (James) of California. She is also survived by several nieces, nephew, and cousins.
