Bailey of Dauphin, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Bailey and Carrie Bailey (Baglioni). He is survived by: his wife Ann M. "Amy" (Mank); his sons, Michael Hoffecker and Christopher Bailey; and his daughters-in-law, Marah Hoffecker and Rosalie Terry.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Boy Scout Troop #233, P.O. Box 191, Dauphin, PA 17018.
