She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Aungst and Marguerite Inez Harling; her husband Charles George Gilmer; and her brother Robert Aungst of Mechanicsburg. She is survived by: her children, Jan Marie Gilmer of Dauphin, Joseph Edward Gilmer (Annette) of Wellsville, NY and C. Douglas Gilmer (Shannon) of McMurray; and her siblings, Kenneth Aungst and Shirley Rohrer of Harrisburg. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nickel-Lochstampfor Family Funeral Home, Inc. (3626 Shermans Valley Rd, Loysville, PA 17047). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at the Blain Cemetery (301 Big Spring Rd, Blain, PA 17006).
