Gipe of Dauphin, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 16, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles McNeely; her husband Clarence "Jack" Gipe, Jr.; and her siblings, Keith McNeely and Kay Eshenour. She is survived by: her sons, Andrew R., Sr. (Crystal) of Duncannon and Timothy A. (Lisa) of Enola; her siblings, Kim McNeely of Carlisle and Suzanne Landis of Duncannon; her grandchildren, Andrew, Jr., Emma, Ella and Kevin Silvis, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Silvis, Emily Silvis and Leigha Gipe.
