He was predeceased by: his father Henry L. "Sam" Turns. He is survived by: his mother Carol L. Turns (Walmer); and his brothers, Mike Turns (Phyllis) of Halifax, Mark Turns (Laura) of Newport and Terry Turns (Janet) of Harrisburg. He is also survived by eight nephews and one niece, as well as 11 great nephews and three great nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Living Water Community Church (206 Oakleigh Ave, Harrisburg, PA 17111). A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
