She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Maiden and Mary Maiden (Trompeter); and her son Brad L. Paulus. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" O'Connor; her son Blaine L. Paulus, Jr.; and her grandsons, Ethan P. Paulus and Blaine L. Paulus III. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
