He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Alwine and Edith Alwine (Thompson); and his brother W. Ronald Alwine. He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Groman); his sister Mary Margaret Kane; and his pets, Jimmy, Jack, Jake and Joey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
