He is survived by: his wife Pamela Tom Elwell; his children, Samantha Elwell (George) of Dawson and Lucas Elwell of Dawson; his grandchildren, Tobias and Penelope; his sister Mary Lou; and his brother-in-law James Stanley of Dawson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, brothers in law and sisters in law.
