He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Wills and Mary Bryner Stone; his wife Virginia R. Brooks Wills; and his children, Richard Curtis Wills, Jr. and Jennifer Lee Wills.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandi Pazicni (Jason) of Dickerson Run and Heather Swank (Dave) of Dawson; his grandchildren, Rebecca Christner and Curtis Pazicni; his significant other Cheryl Hale; and his close friend Butch Graft.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brooks Funeral Home (111 E Green St, Connellsville, PA 15425). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
