We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2022, at the age of 90, Donna Jane Ramsey of Defiance, Pennsylvania, born in Wood, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Cornelius and Annie Lillian Hawley (Weight); her husband Raymond L. Ramsey Jr.; her daughter Deborah Dawn; and her sisters, Augusta Fetzer and Grace Carson.

She is survived by: her children, David Scitticatt of Jacksonville, FL, Pamela Grimes of Defiance, PA and Melinda Brown; and her sister Larue Shaffer. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren.
