She was predeceased by: her husband William Robert Shipe; her children, Edgar William Shipe and Margaret A. Dishong (Shipe); her sister Dolores M. Hornick; and her nephew Billy Ray Moore.

She is survived by: her son Harold William Shipe (Loretta Lynn Parker) of Defiance, PA; her son-in-law Clyde Dishong; her grandson John J. Shipe, Sr. (Tracey) of Cumberland, MD; her sisters, Helen Hutchinson of Maryland, Constance Short of Maryland and Mary Reed of Maryland; her grandchildren, Winnie Shipe of Everett, Jessica Shipe of Everett, Samantha Shipe of Everett, Austin Brimhall of Everett, Kaylee Brimhall of Everett, Leilani Shipe of Everett, Connie Thompson of Everett, Sonny Dishong of Everett, Sherry Dishong of Everett, Vicki Kruse of Everett, Sissy Foor of Everett and Jennifer Hill of Everett; and her great grandchildren, Mercedes Shipe and John Shipe, Jr..
