She was predeceased by: her husband Frank N. Blazek; her daughter Noreen Kachonik; and her siblings, William, Angeline Long, Dorothy, Richard, Louis, Josephine Talerico, Robert, Mary Ann Shedlock, Albert and Joseph Zagozan.
She is survived by: her sister Audrey Wright; her children, Frank N. Blazek Jr. and Doreen Copper (Robert); her grandchildren, Frank III, Holly, Amanda, Bobby and Jimmy; and her great grandchildren, Fallon, Chase, Kaydence, Ryan, Logan, Avery, Carter and Lucas.
