He is survived by: his wife Jean Bush of Delmont; his sons, Brandon (Cheryl) of Somerset and Jason (Staci) of New Stanton; his half-sister Glenda Prines of Johnstown; his grandchildren, Zachary and Zoe; his great grandchild Leylah; and his nephew Phillip Bush.
