He is survived by: his wife Roseanne Kocinski-Fowler; his sisters, Judy Fowler (Oregon) and Patty Houchin (Kevin) of Illinois; his siblings-in-law, Bernice Simonetti, Ralph Kocinski (Judy) and Richard Kocinski (Barbara); his children, Chase and Troy; his friends, John, Tom, Jimmy, Brian, Justine, Paul, Mary Louise, Steve and Ricardo; and his caregiver Lexi. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces and their children and their grandchildren.
