He is survived by: his parents, Richard Evans and Margaret Putzlocker (Shogan); his siblings, Richard Evans, Becky Evans and Terri Evans; his daughter Amanda Perrone (Evans); his son-in-law Dennis Perrone Jr.; his grandchildren, Arlee and Dennis Perrone; his stepfather Robert Putzlocker Sr.; his sister Lori Evans; and his brother-in-law Robert Putzlocker Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
