He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Mary Perfetta, Sr. (Maruca); his daughter Samantha Jean; and his brother Frank Perfetta. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Perfetta (Barkefelt); his son Brandon Perfetta; his siblings, Maryann Turk (Jeffrey), Cathy Peak (late David) and Steve Perfetta (Carrie); his sisters-in-law, Karen Perfetta and Jeannie Shope; and his aunts, Louise Shawley and Peggy Perfetta. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
