He is survived by : his wife Karen Crockett; his children, Garrett Crockett and Andrea Holzman (Lucas); his grandson Oliver Wade Holzman; his siblings, Holly Crockett and Steven Crockett; and also Violette Charlotte Turner. He is also survived by his two sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, two nieces, three nephews, one great niece and two great nephews.
