She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Mahaffey and Ella Mahaffey (Davis); her husband Steve Balach; and her sisters, Helen Baker and Jean Gentry.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Balach (Karen) and Dean Balach; her grandchildren, Jason Balach (Elena) and Katelyn Balach; and her great grandchild Clara Balach.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harkins Funeral Home, Inc. (600 Main St, Delta, PA 17314). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
